I don't really understand the "normal" path for advisories to be created.

The point of this excercise was to appease c-i cve scan seen wolfi-dev/os#28616 .

This is for python-3.13. I did wolfictl adv copy python-3.12.advisories.yaml python-3.13. I'm not sure how I should copy the information for CVE-2024-6232. I had tried some form of adv create, but that wasn't working for me (wolfi-dev/wolfictl#1192), so I just copied the info by hand and edited the CGA id.

I just ignored the detection event.

@smoser @philroche is this still relevant? if so lets update and review to merge, otherwise close it

python-3.13.advisories.yaml now exists. None of the proposed advisories have been detected in current python-3.13. Closing PR.
